Who's concerned? Everyone! especially if you live, work or visit us in Hawkhurst; or if you live in any of our surrounding parishes such as Sandhurst, Bodiam, Hurst Green, Etchingham, Ticehurst, Flimwell etc., and come into Hawkhurst for our shops and services. |

 | Why do we need an "Action Plan"? A good, well thought-out Action Plan is absolutely necessary when bidding for funding for new projects. The first question any potential funder will ask is almost always "What is your evidence of need?".
Who paid? Hawkhurst Parish Council made successful bids for funding to cover the costs of the Healthcheck exercise. Hawkhurst Parish Council was also the accountable body for the Hawkhurst Healthcheck.
What progress has already been made in Hawkhurst? Following consultation and receiving feedback, we have been able to draw up :
An Action Plan. (downloadable as described above). A series of projects called "Focus on Hawkhurst" - click here to download. It is important that we continue to receive your feedback. We are looking for volunteers to assist in making these projects happen!
Please join in, read on, and remember, this is Your future, your community, your say.....
